Track Me Back is a reasonably new concept for a New Zealand website that hopes to attract New Zealander’s living overseas to add their details and work experience so that potential employees in New Zealand can offer them a career opportunity good enought to entice them back to New Zealand to work.

Track Me Back offers Kiwi’s living and working overseas the ability to speak to companies back home. We know it’s hard to get up to date information on what’s going on in the employment market back in New Zealand and Australia. For Kiwi’s who don’t plan their career back home the reality can mean taking a step back in both job and salary. But it doesn’t have to be. We have already brought Kiwi’s home to jobs and careers that have not only built on their experience gained offshore also have seen them climb up the job ladder earning more in Kiwi dollars than they did overseas
What’s more they didn’t have to do a lot to find out. By investing 5 minutes now and registering with Track Me Back you will open up a network of employers who want to know if they can offer you a career back in Australia or New Zealand when the timings right for you. Simple and incredibly powerful – you register, sit back and let employers back here come to you. Think of it as being headhunted – you control the whole process.
When an employer wants to make contact they email you through the Track Me Back site and in turn we send you an email to your chosen email account. That way all communication is confidential and no one else can see or read this but you. From there you decide how you want to proceed. No agencies can access Track Me Back only companies. When a new company comes on board we’ll let you know so you can decide if you want them to contact you or not.
The real success of Track Me Back is that you can now plan your longer term career. By signing up your not saying your coming home tomorrow, but you are investing in finding the right opportunity when the timing is right for you. Even if coming home is some way off it doesn’t matter because our partner employers will know by that stage what career you’re looking for, the cities you want to live in and what salary you expect to be paid.
